A good email provider is essential if you want to make sure you are getting messages, to make sure some are not getting filtered out.

Let’s use Gmail as an example. Have you ever not received a message in your Gmail account and then found it in you “Spam” folder?
I have, and I’ve wondered if this was intentional for some political messages. Did Google find this material objectionable to their agenda? You have to admit it might be possible.

At the very least you should admit that it could be possible for an email host could filter and block out seem of your emails, and you might not ever know. So maybe it’s wise to not trust a company like Google whose main business is the collection of data.
