Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Safari (Apple) are all developed by the big tech corporations, so I sure wouldn’t use any of them.
Firefox Browser – The original alternative browser. If you go into the settings, you can change the privacy settings to make it secure and you can add “Add-ons” which can make it secure. Is open-source and works with Linux Mint.
Brave Web Browser – A web browser that is promoted as being against tracking out of the box. You can also add extensions for futher functionality. It is open-source and it works with Linux Mint.
